• Hello! This is Miella from Dyson. The V8 Absolute comes with two cleanerheads: direct-drive cleanerhead, and soft roller cleanerhead (specifically designed for hard floors). The Animal comes with one cleanerhead (the direct-drive cleanerhead). Hope this helps! Miella Dyson Customer Service
