• Hi there, this is Kelly with Dyson. If you're looking for the V8 model ideal for use on hardwood; we'd suggest the Absolute model. This includes a fluffy soft roller cleaner head which was engineered for use on bare/hard floors to prevent any scratching which can occur from a spinning brush bar.
