“I have the docking station attached to the wall. Once it’s charged, is it safe to keep on the docking station or does that ruin the battery? Is it supposed to be removed from the docking station once it’s fully charged?”

Hey Lupe, this is Kelly with Dyson. This is a fantastic question. You absolutely can keep your machine on the dock at all times, between uses. The battery will stop charging, once it does have a full charge. The only caveat I would provide is to let your machine cool down for a few moments before placing it back on the charger, between uses. Best wishes, Kelly Dyson Customer Support
