Hello, This is Miella from Dyson. Dyson machines are manufactured for the country/voltage it is being used in. This V8 is 110-120v and is not multi-voltage. Use outside of the voltage or on a converter will void the warranty and cause power issues. Hope this helps! Miella Dyson Customer Support
