No, these do not work like that. These are not blue tooth. Your phone uses a sound frequency to communicate with the Eargo's for changing the programs and adjusting the volume. Since they are so small, blue tooth is not available and it helps keep the price at a good place in my opinion.

It’s a different approach for such a small hearing aid, and it works great! It is both Android and Apple compatible.
