Hi! Eargo hearing aids are 100% rechargeable. There is no need to purchase batteries. When you purchase Eargos they come complete with a charging pod that by itself can be charged to last 5-6 days. It functions very similar to an Apple Airpods charging case. The hearing aids themselves will hold a charge for 16 hours which is long enough to use all day. It only takes 6 hours to charge our hearing aids for all day use.
