• Ebay’s only online payment system is PayPal. However, you can use this giftcard on eBay instead of paying with Paypal. You will need a Paypal account, so that when you buy something, you then sign in to Paypal and input your giftcard there. I believe Paypal does not require a credit card, but you can link up your bank account.
