“Does the mirror manage bright lights from behind as well as the OEM mirror, or is there more glare? Thanks”

I'm not really out at night driving so, can't answer about bright lights from behind! I know during the day, in sunshine, the mirror gets a little harder to view! But, still viewable and I'm really glad I made the purchase!!!
