“Is there a way to have the cameras continuously on instead of only no more than a few seconds while driving? It's annoying to have to constantly touch screen to keep the cameras on.”

The rearview camera can be set to always on, and display the image from the rear camera whenever the vehicle is on and the mirror is powered up. The setting can be found in the System Settings menu, under "automatic rearview."
