I don't believe so, you can set a min and max though (instead of just heat or cool mode), so maybe you could use that as an artificial "swing control"?

In my situation, I've replaced a standard digital thermostat that would turn on the heat one degree below the set point and turn off one degree above the set point. The ecobee turns it on one degree below the set point and then turns it off when it reaches the set point. It seems to run more often that way but it has been more comfortable in my home with the steady temperature. Another thing my old thermostat did is turn the gas on my furnace and warm up before the fan would kick in. With the ecobee, it turns the fan on immediately before it warms up. I suppose this is better to have more air circulation but I'm not sure about energy savings as I just installed it last week
