It depends on the power wattage of your heater. The capacity of River 2 is 256Wh and the AC output is 300W. For example, if the power wattage of your heater is about 300W, then you can get about 0.7hrs running time from River 2.

Assuming you could get a block heater that draws 300W, this block heater would draw this down in less than an hour. The storage capacity is 256W. Heaters are notorious power hogs and very difficult to power with batteries.
