Rosie - thanks for your questions. Check out the Ecovacs channel on youtube for a video of the WINBOT in action, or just google it :) Here's one link to get you started - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=bFREUl0kVOQ As to accessing those hard to reach windows, you'll need to have reach the window in person, because the WINBOT requires a human to attach and detach the WINBOT.
