• Yes. This is what we use it for. One end of my apartment was always laggy. My boys always came to us complaining that they thought we were shutting off their wifi, but it was just the crappy range we were getting from the router sent to us by our service provider.

• EERO is a wireless router so it would not work as a Wi-Fi extender. The EERO satellites are made to work with the EERO hub router only. I would recommend getting a wi-fi extender vs trying to make the EERO work.
