• No. The 2 pack is only good for "up to 1500 sq ft." I would go with the 3 pack or consider going up to the 6E size Router. Look at the specifications on each router to see the max area

• Yes, it should work fine. The head/gateway eero will hardwire directly to that AT&T Gateway. Two eero 6 should cover that space, depending on walls and obstructions of course.
