• I believe so, i bought this system at Best Buy and had Geek Squad install it. They were great.

• Hi Patty: The short answer is yes. My internet service is from Spectrum with both 5G and 2.4 G The Eero router is smart enough to know which devices must be 2.4 G and which can use 5G. Took me maybe 15 minutes to set up. And I am no technical guru either. The product walks you through the steps. Highly recommend.
