That's hard to answer. What obstacles could potentially block or hinder the signal. You may want or need an extender that plugs in to outlet. We had to use one in the house and it worked great.

The eero should work fine with your ISP/router setup, but, while possible, it is doubtful it will work effectively over that range, it depends on the environment. We, in general, like to see 10 to 16.6 yards (30 to 50 feet) between eero.
