Does this work with a spectrum router? null

You only need a modem. The mesh system is your router. I purchased a new modem and got rid of my old modem/router combo. I also have Spectrum and the Netgear CM1000 modem and eero mesh wi-fi have worked great for me and solved a problem I have had for years with my wi-fi.
