Ted, First and foremost, I would make sure you're using CAT 6 cables. Depending on the size of your house, you can add eero to have coverage throughout your house. You can add a gigabit switch at locations where you have your routers. That way you would have a solid connection. If you're gonna use eero, make sure you disable the router from Spectrum. If so and you plan on having this service for a while, it might be worth it to buy a router like this one. Also, the main reason to get an eero is to make sure you have a strong wifi signal throughout your house/apt. If your current wireless router can deliver a strong 5Ghz signal throughout your place, then a single unit should be enough.
