According to Eero website, 1 Eero Pro 6 can cover up to 2000 sq ft, depending on your home style (ranch, duplex, age, etc) you may be fine with 1 Eero Pro 6. My house is about 2500 sq ft, and I’m fine with 1 Eero Pro 6set up in the middle hall way on the second floor. You do save about $50-60, if you buy the 2 pack vs the single pack, especially if you find yourself needing another Eero pro 6 later, then the 2 pack makes sense. You don’t have to use both units upfront if you don’t need it. But if you do, you already have it. Just a thought.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later. It depends on the location of your node. If you can centralize than one eero unit should work. Keep in mind that the WiFi signal is still subject to interference (rf, emf, mirrors, metal substructure, etc.). Two would probably be ideal though.
