Hey Dee. Just hold the power button down until it start to flash. Blue. Then look for it on your device.

Just hold button on the side and turn on the Bluetooth on the tablet

Make sure the head phones are on go to settings on iPad then go to Bluetooth see if u see the headphones on the list it should say connecting if not hold the button on the side of the head phones until u see it says connecting
