It's happening to me as well. The problem is my bluetooth devices (smartphone, laptop, etc.) see the Falcon as a headset only, not headphones. In headset mode, only one side works and the microphone is active. Headphones mode is stereo with no microphone. I have not figured out how to get my devices to see it as headphones yet.
