• The plug is dependent on the hook your HOUSE has, not the dryer. It's impossible to know what type of hook up you have, so a cord/plug is not included. This is how ALL electric dryers are.

• Mine didn't and it doesn't seem to be noted anywhere in the information listed. Neither does it say what the part is. Same problem for the steam hookups.
