“I just bought this card from Best Buy and I can't get it to access Pogo games. What am I doing wrong? I've never had this problem before but it' has changed color on the front of the card.”

I have been using the EA cards for about 3 years now. When you put the pin number in, do not leave spaces between the numbers. That solved the problem for me. On Pogo go into NEWS, scroll down and on the right side it says EA cards, click on that and it will take you the BUY GEMS PAGE, and as I said do not leave spaces between the pin number. Also make sure when you get to the gem page that you check off small box saying you agree to the terms of the purchase. Good Luck!
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.When I bought a gift card, the clerk forgot to authorize and she did not charge me as well. Check your receipt to see if they charged you for it. Not familiar if Pogo is an EA game or one that you can use the card on. Don't know of any any reason why the card should have changed colors. You need to go online to activate it. The instructions should be on the card or packaging that came with it.
