• This model is a great deal for the features you get. 1msrt, FreeSync, 165hz etc are hard to find at a decent price. The speakers could always be better, but I use external because no monitors have amazing sound quality. I'd recommend this for gaming!

• This monitor runs 165hz+/fps. The PS5 runs 120hz/fps. So to answer your question, yes. This is all you will need for competitive gaming.
