QuestionI'm trying to run a Series S on the monitor but I can only get 120fps 1080p or 60fps 1440p. I'm unable to run 120fps 1440p.

- Answer make sure you are using the hdmi 2.0 port and not the hdmi 1.2 port. if you use the hdmi 2.0 port, you should be able to set your console to 1440p/120hz.

- Answer This model is a great deal for the features you get. 1msrt, FreeSync, 165hz etc are hard to find at a decent price. The speakers could always be better, but I use external because no monitors have amazing sound quality. I'd recommend this for gaming!

I have a ps5 and xbox x that work perfectly on it. the features stack up to the competition at a price that was within my budget after buying two new consoles lol FreeSync, 1msrt, QHD and 165hz are exactly what I was looking for in an entry level gaming monitor

- Answer Yes. It does. They are accessed via the OSD. The manul doesn't mention them, but it does have them. I know as I own the monitor.

- Answer Not 4k. It's 2560x1440. Think of it like 2K.

- Answer Hello and thank you for your question. In order to support 1440p at 120hz with an Xbox Series S, you must use an HDMI 2.1 cable. Unfortunately, this Element gaming monitor only supports HDMI 2.0, meaning your game play can be either 1440p at 60Hz or 1080p at 120Hz.

- Answer There are no RGB lighting controls for the LED on the back. They just made it with that specific pattern and it can either be on or off.

- Answer Make sure you're using display port in order to get the full 165 hz. Assuming you're using Windows: Your device should automatically use the 165hz (mine did). If you want to verify, go to your Display Settings -> under Related setting, go to Advanced Display -> select the monitor, and you can choose the refresh rate. If you're using HDMI, you'll only see 144 Hz max (165 Hz won't be an option). In my screenshot, I'm using HDMI cable, so I'm only able to see 144 Hz.

QuestionHow do you set it to 165hz? You only have the option to go up to 144hz although this is a 165hz monitor.

- Answer You do it through your nvidia settings when you've connected the monitor via Display Port cable. Right click your desktop and choose nvidia control panel, then in display choose resolution and in that menu should give you options for 165hz.
