• You can't. This monitor is a QHD (2K) monitor, 2160P is UHD (4K).

• It's a 1440p monitor.

• All you have to do is connect an HDMI 2.1 cable to the monitor. Making sure the resolution on PS5 is set at 2k. The monitor will adjust automatically.
