Does this paper contain or use starch? null

It does not say it contains starch. It states it's made from sawmill waste chips

Not that i can feel or see so no!

have no idea, but I doubt it. Paper production from natural wood doesn't usually require starch. We make a lot of paper up here in the north woods and I have never heard of that.
