It all depends on what resolution you are trying to capture and for how long. Overall El Gato recommends NOT using any laptop or other power saving graphics cards. Rendering/exporting the files and all that will take forever with under-powered hardware. I would recommend you getting a laptop with better hardware and ideally one of the new RTX graphics cards for laptops or use a PC with better hardware to capture.
