“Can we change this from a floor mount to a table mount like their other light (clamp onto the table) or is the stand fixed/not changeable?”

These lights are detachable from the stands. They have a 1/4” female thread in the back. So technically you can attach them to any strand of your liking that has a 1/4” male attachment. Hope that helps!
