“Looking for a gaming microphone for my son (also be used for zoom calls, discourse & anything else he may want to record). Would like to minimize picking up background noise. Do I need to purchase anything else for this basic purpose? other than a mount”

• The desk stand that is included is good enough. I would pick up the pop filter though.
