Can you deep fry in this skillet? null

Hello, The Elite Gourmet 12" Skillet is used for fluffy pancakes, gourmet grilled cheese sandwiches, flavorful stir fried veggies and many other meals, not recommended for deep fry. Elite by Maxi-Matic Customer Care Team

I do not use it for that purpose but it is deep enough to do that.

It depends on what you want to deep fry.

Yes it will go to 400 degrees
