• It does not. It can be mounted flush to a wall or the ceiling, or hung on ceiling hooks if you have them. You will have to purchase L brackets if you want to mount it that way, I simply mounted it flush to my ceiling by securing it to a ceiling joist with 1.75" wood screws. It has triangle shaped d-rings attached to it out of the box, so I had to remove those, but it was easy using a pair of pliers.
