• Stock hardware, no. If you find a local hardware store and get different brackets or mounting solutions to flip the way it mounts then yes.

• It is not intended to be and I would advise not to for the sake of your time and frustration. It only mounts as a pull down screen. You can definetly do some modifications but it’s not worth the trouble. Hopefully that helps.
