Does this come with stakes to secure the legs? null

Yes comes with four stakes for base 'T' stands

It has 2 set screws to secure the legs to the frame which is done by hand. Also has 4 spikes to secure frame to ground. Very easy set up.

Yes, there are stakes, nylon cord, and eyebolts for securing the screen to the ground.

Yes, it does come with stakes and rope. However, if the ground is too soft it will blow over anyways. I recommend using some weights on both sides if it is a little windy outside. If it is not windy the stakes work just fine.
