Hi Tana, thanks for reaching out! As it turns out, the battery is not replaceable - we do apologize for this inconvenience. Standard Lithium-Ion batteries degrade over time and we have designed the Ember to allow the battery to last as long as possible. While exact battery life can vary depending on an individuals use, each Ember comes with a one year warranty and if you experience any difficulty, please let us know and we’d be happy to help!

Please try again later.Do not know if there is a replacement battery the owners guide does not mention anything about replacement All l can do is tell about my experience with the one l own It does not look like you can change the battery yourself without damaging the mug. Sorry I could not be more help
