• No, we returned the product because it didn't keep the temperature hot. It just keeps it warm.

• Hi there, thanks for reaching out! As it turns out, the Ember is meant to stabilize an already hot drink down to your set temperature and not heat one up. For best results, we recommend pouring in hotter than your set temperature, around 165°F and above!
