How many cups is there in this size null

Not sure but it is 3.2 liters. Google a graph to convert cups to liters

I have not tried measuring things I cook with cups. I think you can use it to cook enough food for 2 or three persons. It can easily hold two large potatoes cut in cubes or strips. You can heat up two or three Costco-size croissants in it in three minutes.
