• This has the same heat levels as the more expensive and large models. It should suit your purposes very well.

• This is perfect for 2 people. I make french fries and even coconut shrimp and it cools it perfectly. I make both home fries and bagged fries and it works with both

• Yes this will cook French fries. They may be a bit dry Tasting since you cook without oil
