• For a family of four - no. If you stuff 4 chicken thighs there will be not enough free space to let hot air through to heat it from the bottom, so it will turn into a broiler. I have larger unit (Gourmia 6 Quart Digital Air Fryer) and it is still not large enough.

• It should be fine to cook normal size of dish for a family of four.

• It might if you only cook very small things, but I would get something larger for 4 people.
