• It is metal coated with A non stick Cooking surface, removable and washable and dishwasher safe. Only Comes with small brochure. Lots of recipes on the Internet for air fryers

• The basket is plastic, easily cleanable, it is dishwasher safe and does comes with a recipe book. No extra stuff but has all you need
