I just bought one off amazon, came with no grill pan, so sent it back, unbelievably oven #2 also came with no grill pan, So they told me to keep it and credited my card. I did see they sell a replacement part on Amazon for $25. So guess I’m buying one from there. No idea what the problem is, got no satisfactory explanation to why they couldn’t just send me a grill plate. But hey a free oven I’ll take it.
