If you're using Microsoft Windows, why bother with any other program. I'm using Windows 7 Pro, I can do anything I want with photos, print them, copy them send anything I want. So Microsoft was generous with these programs and software why spend more money when you don't need to. Of course if you want to start adding effects and adding clipart to your photos then you need to investigate in a supplemental program, Windows is only limited to basic functions. Try Adobe software.
