This is why I purchased the Hallmark card studio program, it has column and row selection. You can have ten different labels on one page if you want to, but I only do this with the Hallmark card studio program. Now you know why I had such a poor review on the Print Master program. With Hallmark, print setup you have complete control. I believe the Avery print program is free, so that answers your question.

When the box pops up, choose the brand (like Avery) and product number (like 5165, for example) of the labels and choose "New Document". That will create a new page with outlines sized for the label stock. Just type in the box that corresponds to the position of label on the sheet you want to print on. My advice: always start at the bottom and work your way up if you aren't going to print a full sheet. This way, the printer won't have to try to roll past a bunch of slippery empty spots from where you peeled off the labels previously. There's less chance of misalignment that way.
