“I take photos with my digital camera. I’m looking for a simple software to load my digital photo’s on and clean them up a little and print I’m wanting something that I can choose my photo size will this give me this option and can I print 13 x 19 photos”

I recommend Paintshop Pro. It’s very powerful and anything that can be added to the much more expensive Photoshop can be added to this software. Been using this software since it first came out and use it to do plenty of work for photos or any digital images.
