“It says Magsafe, but the unit I have doesn't snap on to iPhone 16. If places on the circle, it does charge, but it doesn't magnetically hold unless other Magsafe where they attach mangetically and deosn't move around/fall down. Is it a unit problem?”

If you have a phone case that has the magnet on the back this will attach to it and the magnet is pretty strong but it may spin in circles.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes it's a very cheap product made by Energizer. Mine wouldn't charge after 2 uses. I had a hard time lining it up on my case too. The casing of the battery easily snapped off just from taking it off of my case and had a smokey odor and felt hot.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.That does sound like an issue, try shaking the unit around a little, the magnets aren’t attached to the plastic back panel and will move around if the unit is jolted/dropped, if that doesn’t work, it might just be defective.
