• Possible the 5,000 mAh version sells more but if it's anything like this product, it might be faulty and Best Buy doesn't accept returns on it. Even as a Plus or Total Member.

• Not sure but what is important is that the charger has over charge and over heat protection which I think all do.

• This 10kmAh power bank is newer than the 5k one, plus is it a great deal thicker than the other one, less people wanna buy it, so it has less reviews
