Hi frustrated, The 10,000mAh is the internal battery cell capacity. The 5V/6000mAh “rated capacity” refers to the usable output after natural energy loss during voltage conversion. This is standard for all power banks, as the actual deliverable capacity is always lower than the internal cell rating.
