  • QuestionI just recently received my charger. I put my airPods on there and it seems like that’s just fine but when I put my watch on there, I went to take the watch off and almost burnt my hand. This is not supposed to happen correct it’s hot to touch any suggest

    • Answer Hi Akel, Wireless charging always produces some warmth, especially with watches because of their small coils. However, getting hot to the touch or close to burning your hand is not normal and indicates abnormal overheating.   • QuestionIs there a way to keep green led light coming on when phone is charged. It woke me up the first night and could not get it to stay off.

    • Answer Hi Frec, Unfortunately, the green LED indicator is built into the design and cannot be disabled. A simple workaround is to place the charger in a less visible spot or cover the light with a small piece of opaque tape to block the glow at night.
