• You must have the type of ipods that have a case that can be charged with this method.

• Hi AirPods, Please make sure your AirPods case supports wireless charging (only the Wireless Charging Case or MagSafe Charging Case works). Place the case flat on the designated earbuds charging area and check that the LED indicator shows charging. If it still doesn’t work, remove any thick case or cover and try again. If the issue persists, contact Energizer support:
