Does this work on an iPad? null

Won't charge wirelessly but will charge using a USB C cable or USB C to lightning cable

This Energizer 5,000mAh SLIM METAL Magnetic Wireless Power Bank supports Qi wireless charging, which some iPad models (like iPad Pro or iPad Air) do not currently support. So, unless your iPad has Qi wireless charging capability, this power bank won’t work wirelessly with it.
